AA12 Completed - where to next?

Aussie Assault 12 is now over and we can all devote our CPU time to our individual pet projects again.

As expected, we did not gain any positions but built up a buffer to the teams behind us.

If you do not have a pet project, consider running MilkyWay@home or one of the projects in which the team is not in the top 20

We invite members to take part in the bunny race at WCG (World Community Grid). It runs from 1 March to 23 March Inclusive and many teams are taking part. How much of your CPU power you commit is entirely up to you!

AA11 starts at midnight. The target for AA11 is Cosmology@home. Members are encouraged to give extra resources to this project for the first two weeks of February.

Happy New Year to everybody. 2007 was a great year for the team with explosive growth that saw us become one of the top 10 Teams in the world. Thank you to all who helped us get to that position!

AA10 is now officially over and it was a successful Assault. The team moved up to 28th position in WCG - the highest position we have ever achieved there. Thanks to all members and guests who helped make it possible!

As some of you have noticed, the forum is down again. It's hosted in the US and there's nothing we can do here other than wait for it to come back up. Hopefully Dingo will alert them if it is still down when he wakes up in Canada. Update: Forum is back online

Aussie Assault 10

AA10 has commenced. The target was to be Rosetta@home. However, as that project has major problems at the moment, we decided to target WCG (World Community Grid) instead. Members are encouraged to give extra resources to this project for the first two weeks of December.
